Vitamin B1 is naturally found in rice bran, bran, lean meat, peanuts and other foods. Pure products are usually prepared by chemical synthesis. Excess acetamidine hydrochloride was condensed with α-dimethoxy-β-methoxypropenitrile in an alkaline medium (methanol and sodium methoxide) to form 3, 6-dimethyl-1, 2-dihydro-2, 4, 5, 7-tetrazonaphthalene and then hydrolyzed by Chemicalbook at 90-100℃. In alkaline conditions to open again ring into 2 - methyl - 4 - amino - 5 - methyl pyridine ammonia, then with carbon disulfide and ammonia, and then with the acetate - gamma - chlorinated - gamma levulinic ester condensation, again, 75-78 ℃ in the hydrochloric acid hydrolysis and synthesis of glucosinolates thiamine hydrochloride, finally with ammonia neutralization, hydrogen peroxide oxidation, thiamine hydrochloride acid acidification.

1.Metabolic disorders. Taking thiamine by mouth helps correct metabolic disorders associated with genetic diseases, including Leigh's disease, maple syrup urine disease, and others.

High thiamine intake as part of the diet is associated with a reduced risk of developing cataracts.
6.Kidney disease in people with diabetes. Early research shows that taking high-dose thiamine (100 mg three times daily) for 3 months decreases the amount of albumin in the urine in people with type 2 diabetes. Albumin in the urine is an indication of kidney damage.
