Gardenia Red color is a natural color what is manufactured by biological zymolysis.Gardenia Red is a purple-red powder easily dissolvable in water and alcohol, but not in fat solvent. In water solvent, its bright red color does not vary according to PH(4~12).

It appears stability in high temperature .It has a strong ability to color food.,beverage,cookie,wine etc. It is
applicable to the human-body.

When use Gardenia red, dissolve the color with a small amount of water first, and then mix the color solution with food materials.
The maximum usage limit for instant rice & flour products is 0.5g/kg,for jam and candy is 0.3g/kg,and for other products is 0.2g/kg.
