Product information

Decoquinate is labelled for use in cattle for the prevention of coccidiosis in either ruminating or non-ruminating calves, cattle or young goats caused by the species E. chris¬tenseni or E. ninakohlyakimoviae . It is used for prevention of coccidiosis in broilers caused by E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. mivati, E. maxima or E. burnetti. Decoquinate produced by 3,4-dihydroxy nitrobenzene in DMF medium with bromodecane to produce 3-hydroxy-4-decyloxy nitrobenzene. And then ethoxylated and reduced to produce 3-ethoxy-4-decyloxyaniline. Then, 3-ethoxy-4-decyloxyaniline is condensed with diethyl ethoxymethylenemalonate to give 3-ethoxy-4-decyloxyanilide methylidene malonate Ester, and finally heated by heat A condensation and finished products.

Product Application:

1.Quinoline coccidioides. As a feed additive, it can prevent coccidiosis of broilers, adding 27.2g to 1t feed. The product has low toxicity, good tolerance and wide safety range. The metabolism was rapid, and the residual drug concentration in each tissue was lower than 1ppm 3 days after drug withdrawal.

2.Antizoan, used for coccidiosis of chicken.
