Methyl hesperidin is a flavonoid compound of hesperidin by methyl-toxidation surface, which can increase coronary flow of isolated rabbit heart, increase canine cardiac output, reduce oxygen consumption of myocardium, relax isolated rabbit aorta, reduce vascular resistance of lower limb of dog, significantly reduce blood pressure and coronary, kidney and cerebrovascular resistance, and increase coronary and renal blood flow.
